My kids absolutely love muffins and it would seem so do other people’s kids as my low sugar muffins are some of the most popular recipes on my website.
I therefore thought I would put all my healthy muffin recipes in one place, and wouldn’t you know it I have 22 of them!

The following muffins have been designed for the youngest members of the family, they are sweetened with fruit, have a soft texture and have no added salt making them perfect for baby led weaning.
These muffins are designed for slightly older kids, they are all still low in sugar (although some of the recipes contain a little) I still think the nutritional goodies in them out weigh the little bit of sugar for palatability
