My kids love muffins and it would seem so do other peoples kids as my low sugar muffins are some of the most popular recipes on my website.

I have been making these muffins for what seems like forever, they are sweetened only with fruit and veggies and my kids love them, I think mainly as they have a fun name in our house ABC muffins!
Although I call this low sugar recipe a baby muffin, it is perfectly suitable for bigger kids too! Blueberry and banana is such a winning combination as a muffin flavour and these are yummy
Don’t know what Kumara is? Do not panic, Kumara is what we Kiwis call sweet potato. This low sugar muffin is wheat free, gluten free, grain free and dairy free so perfect for kiddos with allergies.
These guys were an early addition to my website, but please do not be put off by the pictures! I promise even though the images look a bit rough around the edges these low sugar avocado banana muffins are absolutely divine and so soft in texture.
