Ingredients you will need
To make my hummus cups you will need:
- Hummus
- Seasonal Vegetables
Ingredients Notes & Substitutions
- Seasonal Vegetables: I used sugar snap peas, cucumber, capsicum, radish. Celery is also a great dipper
- Hummus: You can either use store-bought or homemade. If you wish to make your own you could try beetroot hummus or smooth roast garlic baby hummus
- Other Dipper Ideas: You can branch out from vegetables. Pita chips, bread sticks, or long crackers are all options you could add to the veggie cups.
- Pickled vegetables: Crunchy tangy pickled vegetables are perfect with hummus too: Gherkins, Pickled Carrots, Pickled Cucumbers or Pickled Radishes.
