Instructions
Spoon the hummus into the bottom of a small cup or glass jar
Arrange the vegetable sticks in the cup so that they are resting in the hummus.

Choose colourful seasonal vegetables
Cut your veggies into extra-long sticks to encourage dipping
A drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive oil, a sprinkle of dukkah or sesame seeds can really elevate these hummus cups.
Hummus:
You can either use store-bought or homemade. If you wish to make your own you could try beetroot hummus or smooth roast garlic

You can branch out from vegetables. Pita chips, bread sticks, or long crackers are all options you could add to the veggie cups.
