Strawberry Swirl Frozen Yoghurt Bark
Frozen yoghurt bark is always a hit in our house. A messy hit, but a hit none the less. As I am furiously trying to up my Pinterest game I decided to make a valentines version. Because it would seem valentines is huge on Pinterest, and I thought, well why not. You definitely do not have to save this Strawberry Swirl Frozen Yoghurt for Valentines, but it would be a super cute after school snack for your munchkins on Feb 14 if you are that way inclined.
Mind you it was a super cute treat today as well. If you are looking for valentine ideas, these frozen fruit pops, baby yogurt melts or strawberry breakfast bites could be just the thing.
Obviously, this version of yoghurt bark has the strawberries cut into hearts. You totally do not need to do this. Frozen yoghurt bark will still taste delicious however the fruit is cut.

Strawberry Swirl Frozen Yoghurt Bark
Ingredients
- 2 Cups plain greek yogurt / yoghurt
- 1 Cup strawberries
Instructions
- Stir the greek yoghurt briskly to remove any lumps etc and make it more pourable
- Pour the yoghurt into a baking paper lined dish, you want it no more than 0.5cm thick. Reserve ½ to ¼ cup of the yoghurt
- Roughly chop ½ cup of the strawberries and add to the remaining yoghurt
- Whizz it in a blender or food processor
- Slice the remaining strawberries into a heart shape
- Pour the now pink yoghurt in even lines over the white yoghurt in the dish. You will end up with stripes (The video shows this, will be up tomorrow)
- Take a skewer or chop stick and swirl the lines
- Place the sliced strawberries on top
- Freeze for 4 hours
- Slice or break into manageable size pieces for your kids
- Serve
Notes
My kids eat this without extra sweetness, but you could try adding a spoonful of honey or maple syrup to the greek yoghurt to sweeten if desired
