- 4 Tortilla
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup grated cheese

Ingredient Notes and Substitutes
- Tortilla: Use your favourite flour tortilla, corn tortilla or gluten-free tortilla or wrap will all be fine. You just need a thin flat bread of any description.
- Pizza sauce: Use your favourite store-bought tomato sauce or make your own homemade pizza sauce.
- Cheese: It is ok to use any cheese. I like to use a combination of mozzarella cheese for its stretch factor and strong cheddar cheese or parmesan cheese for flavor.
Step-by-step instructions

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 F).
Step one: Spread your tortillas with the pizza sauce. I like to use the back of a spoon to do this.
Step two: Sprinkle with the grated cheese and toppings if using
Step three: Bake on a baking sheet, pizza pan or on a cast iron skillet in the hot oven until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
