Melt the white chocolate. I do this in the microwave. Microwave uncovered on medium (50%) for 1 minute, stir. Repeat this process until the chocolate has melted.
Transfer the chocolate to a piping bag.
Lay the vanilla wafer biscuits out on baking paper. Or a silicon mat.
Use a small amount of melted chocolate to attach two eyes to each vanilla wafer biscuit.
Drizzle white chocolate over the wafer biscuits to look like bandages. Chill for 30 minutes in the fridge and voila you have mummy cookies!

Notes
I have one tip which is for filling the piping bag. Sit your piping bag in a tall glass, fold the edges of the bag over the glass, this will keep the piping bag upright and open while you fill it.
You don't need a piping tip, I just snip the end off of a disposable piping bag. If you are using a bag with a tip a 3mm tip is perfect.
Don't worry about how wiggly the white chocolate mummy bandages are, they will all look like cute mummies in the end! Because of this fact these mummy cookies are perfect for kids (even little ones) to decorate!
My other tip, which I can't believe I didm't think of originally, you can actually do the squiggly bandages firs and then just push on the eyes at the end, much easier!
Vanilla Wafer Biscuits: If you can't track down these exact cookies use your imagination, look for a tall rectangular-shaped cookie with a light colour, I know in the United States they will often use nutter butters fir this recipe, I've also seen Oreos used. .
Candy Eyes: I used edible candy eyes, you can find them at supermarkets and cake decorating stores.
