Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius (360 Fahrenheit).
Crack and separate the eggs, You can do this using any egg separating method you prefer, when I'm cooking with kids I show them how to carefully use their hands to scoop out the egg yolk, this means less chance of eggshell getting in my eggs!
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Add the parmesan (or other seasoning) you can either fold or beat the seasoning in to the egg whites.
Line a baking tray with baking paper, Scoop the beaten egg whites into cloud shapes on the lined tray. Using a spoon create an indentation in the centre of each one (this is where the yolk will go). Bake in your preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Remove the baked egg whites from the oven, carefully place the egg yolks into the indentations and return to the oven for a further 3-4 minutes.
Once the egg yolk is cooked to your liking, remove from the oven and enjoy!

Substitutions
Eggs: In this recipe, the eggs can not be substituted for something else.
Parmesan: The parmesan can be left out entirely, or can be substituted for other seasonings, salt, and pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast.
