Place the mixed berries in the bottom of a small mason jar, drizzle with the strawberry purée.
In a separate bowl or mixing jug, combine the yogurt, chia seeds and maple syrup.
Spoon the yogurt mixture on top of the berries. Chill in the fridge overnight or for 1-2 hours.
(Optional) top with extra berries or toppings and enjoy!

Notes
My only tip for this recipe is to make in bulk! These chia pudding yogurt parfaits will store in the fridge for up to a week. So can be so handy as a grab and go breakfast or snack. I have provided the ingredients for just one serve, but you can of course, double, triple, quadruple it!
Mixed berries: You can use any berries, fresh or frozen. I've used a mix of fresh strawberries, and raspberries but frozen blueberries.
Yogurt: I usually use greek yogurt as it has a creamy texture and is higher in protein. But any yogurt will work just fine.
Chia seeds: I often use white chia seeds as they look a little prettier in yogurt, but black chia seeds are fine as well.
PureMaple syrup: This can be substituted for honey.
Optional: You can add vanilla extract as an additional flavoring to the yogurt.
Toppings: Once made you can add fun toppings to the yogurt chia seed pudding to make it more decadent. Top with fresh berries, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, almonds, nut butter and or granola.
