Ingredients

  • ¼ cup hummus
  • 2 sugar snap peas
  • 1 stick cucumber stick
  • 1 stick carrot
  • 2 slices radish
  • 2 sticks capsicum

Instructions

  • Spoon the hummus into the bottom of a small cup or glass jar
  • Arrange the vegetable sticks in the cup so that they are resting in the hummus.
  • Enjoy

Notes

    • Choose colourful seasonal vegetables
    • Cut your veggies into extra-long sticks to encourage dipping
    • A drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive oil, a sprinkle of dukkah or sesame seeds can really elevate these hummus cups.
    • Hummus: You can either use store-bought or homemade. If you wish to make your own you could try beetroot hummus or smooth roast garlic baby hummus
Other Dipper Ideas: You can branch out from vegetables. Pita chips, bread sticks, or long crackers are all options you could add to the veggie cups.

  • Vegetables you can cut into batons such as cucumber, carrot, celery and capsicum (red, orange, yellow and green).
