Instructions
There is only one step to making this smoothie. Blend until smooth. The most efficient way to do this is to start at a low speed until all the ingredients are combined and the big chunks are gone, then increase to high and go crazy until smooth and creamy.

Notes
The most important thing for this smoothie is to use the ripest sweetest pineapple available.
If your child is a little nervous about things that are green you can try peeling the cucumber first. Alternatively, consider serving this smoothie in an opaque smoothie cup so they aren't able to 'taste' the smoothie with their eyes before actually tasting it!
Pineapple: Choose fresh ripe pineapple, pineapple that really smells like pineapple it is usually the sweetest and has the most flavor. If pineapples are out of season you can use canned pineapple or frozen pineapple.
Cucumber: I typically use cucumber that is either come back home from school on a trip in a lunch box or wasn't eaten at dinner.
Apple juice: This could be substituted for another juice such as pineapple juice or you can also make this smoothie with coconut water, water or ice cubes.
Seeds (flaxseeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds): I like to add seeds to this recipe to increase the fiber and nutrient density of the smoothie.
