Cut celery sticks in half, into 3 inch pieces, (around 8cm). Use a sharp knife to slice a very thin slice off the curved side of the celery stick. This will create a nice stable base so your celery will be easy to fill with peanut butter and your butterflies will sit nicely.
Fill the celery sticks with peanut butter. If your peanut butter is a little runny, pop it in the fridge for 30 minutes or so before you make this snack.
Press two pretzels into the celery filling, these will be your celery butterfly wings.

Tips
If your peanut butter is a little too runny to easily fill the celery sticks, pop the jar of peanut butter in the fridge for half an hour or so before you intend on making this snack.
Don't skip the step where I take the thin slice off the bottom of the celery stick, this makes it way easier to fill and present the butterflies.
If you don't like the combination of peanut butter with celery, try substituting the peanut butter for cream cheese.
These will hold well in the fridge for a few hours, so you can make them in advance.
Substitutions
