Place a thin layer of pasta sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
Arrange half of the ravioli over the top of the pasta sauce.
Top the ravioli with half of the remaining pasta sauce and half of the cheese mixture.
Repeat the layers by arranging the remaining ravioli over the top of the cheese, and then covering with the remaining pasta sauce then the remaining cheese on top.
Bake in your preheated oven for 25 minutes until the cheese is golden and melted. Leave to stand for five to ten minutes before serving.
Enjoy!

Notes
Pasta Sauce: Use your favourite store bought spaghetti sauce or marinara sauce, one with flavours your family enjoys.
Ravioli: Choose store bought fresh filled pastas, they do not need to be ravioli, tortellini also works well. Choose your favourite flavour. I used a spinach an cheese ravioli. I have made this recipe successfully with gluten free ravioli. You can also use frozen ravioli. The pasta does not need to be cooked before adding it to the lasagna, but it should be defrosted.
Cheese: I like to use a mix of parmesan cheese for its flavour and mozzarella for its melting ability but you can use any grated cheese. I have used a tasty cheddar (sharp cheddar) and Colby cheese successfully.
This lasagne recipe makes quite a saucy lasagna, perfect to serve with garlic bread.
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to four days.
