Christmas Popcorn
White Chocolate, Raspberry and Pistachio is the perfect Christmas Popcorn flavor.

Ingredients
- 6 cups popcorn already popped
- ½ cup white chocolate drops
- ¼ cup pistachios chopped
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup freeze dried raspberries crumbled
Instructions
- Line a rimmed baking tray with baking paper / parchment paper.
- Spread the popped popcorn over the lined baking sheet.
- Melt the white chocolate, I do this in the microwave. I microwave the white chocolate in a microwave proof bowl on high power for 30 second bursts, stirring between each burst until melted.
- Drizzle the chocolate over the popcorn
- Sprinkle the chopped pistachios crumbled freeze dried raspberries and dried cranberries over the white chocolate drizzled popcorn. Leave the popcorn to rest until the white chocolate has cooled and hardened.
- Break up the popcorn into bite sized pieces, transfer into a serving bow, or store in an airtight container until you are ready to serve your Christmas Popcorn.

Notes
- Pop popcorn kernels following the instructions on the pack or use my microwave popcorn method.
- Make sure your popcorn is fully cool before making this recipe, if it is still warm the white chocolate will not set well.
- Fill a glass jar with the finished popcorn, add a ribbon and you have got a lovely gift.
