Chicken Cranberry Pinwheel Sandwiches
- 2 slices bread
- 1 Tablespoon cream cheese
- 20 g chicken finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon cranberries
- lettuce

- 2 slices bread
- 2 Tablespoon hummus
- purple cabbage
- Red capsicum
- Carrot
- Yellow capsicum
- stick Cucumber
- Baby spinach leaves
Strawberry Pinwheel Sandwiches
- 2 slices bread
- 2 Tablespoons cream cheese
- 6 strawberries (finely chopped)

Pinwheel Sandwiches
Remove the crusts from the bread
Roll the slices of bread flat usuing a rolling pin, overlap two slices to make a long piece of bread.
Spread with cream cheese, then top with the other fillings so that the fillings cover two thirds of the bread.
Roll tightly, slice in half
