Blueberry Banana Baked Breakfast Oats




Yield 6-8 serves



  1. Heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (360 Fahrenheit) 
  2. Grease a baking dish, I use a quick spray of oil
  3. Slice banana, lay the slices in the bottom of the dish
  4. Cover the banana with the oats
  5. Whisk together milk, eggs, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon
  6. Pour the wet ingredients over the oats
  7. Scatter the blueberries on top
  8. Pop into the hot oven and bake for 20-25 mins (until the oats have absorbed the liquid)
  9. Serve as is, or with a little extra milk


  • To make this recipe dairy free, you can use soy milk, a nut milk or rice milk
  • If serving to under ones, substitute the honey for maple syrup or brown sugar
